AMI PARIS: PRELUDE

For Fall Winter 2023 Ami Paris introduces “Prelude”, a collection whose goal is returning to the essence of the brand, marking at the same time the beginning of a new era. The wardrobe recalls the minimalism of the Nineties, which translates into masculine cuts and generous volumes.

Alexandre Mattiussi, Ami’s founder and artistic director, puts at the center of “Prelude” his initial desire of proposing a mixed wardrobe, capable of wrapping both men and women in soft and comfortable pieces through sophisticated and elegant silhouettes. This collection is made “for every day, made by simple, classic, intelligent and efficient products, without any complications”.

The typical Parisian style combines refined and casual, perfectly mixing the maison’s classic DNA to more contemporary influences. The chromatic palette is divided into natural tones, pastel tones and deeper shades, reinterpreted in a modern key, while the materials, among which stand out alpaca and cashmere, meet the fundamental requirements of comfort, fluidity and luxury. A special mention goes to the Ami De Coeur logo, redesigned at every collection: the now-iconic ace of hearts accompanies Mattiussi in all his creations, making Ami Paris clothes immediately recognizable.
