Free Shipping
Free shipping applies to orders that meet all of the following conditions:

- Total order value over €900

Free shipping cannot be combined with Welcome Codes or other promotions, applies only when all eligibility conditions are met.

Delivery addresses cannot be different from those indicated at checkout and changes of address are not permitted during transit of the shipment.

-All orders are generally shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving payment.
-LEAM reserves the right to request additional payment verification. Such checks are carried out before shipment; order processing and shipment will take place only after their successful completion. Any resulting delays shall not be attributable to LEAM, without prejudice to the consumer’s non-waivable statutory rights.
-All shipments require the recipient's signature. No deliveries are made on Saturdays or public holidays. There are no mandatory or agreed delivery times. Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code to be able to monitor your order.
-If at the time of delivery, the package is tampered with or damaged, the package must be received with the reservation of control signed to the courier. (For vectorial liability purposes).
-Inspect the merchandise immediately upon delivery and report any discrepancies within 48 hours; claims received after this deadline will be refused.
- In case of delivery-related issues, claim handling may take approximately 30 business days and may require the submission of additional detailed information for proper verification. The case will be closed only after completion of all necessary checks.

- Any delays due to incorrect and/or incomplete delivery addresses or contact details will not be attributable to LEAM.
-No deliveries are made to P.O. BOX

Duties:

DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) shipping:
Before delivery you will be contacted by FedEx or DHL customs for the payment of customs duties and administrative costs as well as local taxes.
Thanks to the EU-TRFTA (EU-Türkiye Free Trade Agreement), duties are zero or drastically reduced for goods of preferential European origin.
However, any administrative charges and local taxes will be payable where applicable.
