Free shipping applies to the purchase of products from the current season and on sale with a total value higher than €700, of which at least one is from the current season. 
It cannot be combined with Welcome codes and other promotions.

- Delivery addresses cannot be different from those indicated at checkout and changes of address are not permitted during transit of the shipment.

-All orders are generally shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving payment.
-All shipments require the recipient's signature. No deliveries are made on Saturdays or public holidays. There are no mandatory or agreed delivery times. Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code to be able to monitor your order.
- If at the time of delivery, the package is tampered with or damaged, the package must be received with the reservation of control signed to the courier. (For vectorial liability purposes).

- Any delays due to incorrect and/or incomplete delivery addresses or contact details will not be attributable to LEAM.

Duties:

DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) Shipping – Important Customs Information

In accordance with current regulations and the provisions issued by United States Customs authorities, please note that shipments sent under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms will require payment of any applicable customs duties, administrative fees, and local taxes prior to delivery. These will be calculated and collected directly by the shipping carrier (FedEx or DHL) before final delivery.

Unless sudden and unforeseen regulatory changes occur, shipments with a total declared value under USD 800 are generally exempt from U.S. import duties under the “de minimis” rule, as currently enforced by U.S. Customs.
However, administrative fees and local taxes (e.g., sales tax or VAT equivalents) may still be applied at the discretion of U.S. Customs, even for shipments below the 800 USD threshold.

The percentage tariff rate applicable to each country of origin will be determined based on the date the shipment physically enters U.S. territory.
This means that any changes to the tariff structure will only apply from the date the goods are officially imported into the United States, not from the date of purchase or dispatch.

These charges are not imposed by LEAM and are not included in the order total.
