Job Description
We are seeking an operations- and business-optimization-focused Artificial Intelligence Specialist. The candidate's primary goal will be translating strategic requirements into practical AI solutions, developing targeted projects, and automating workflows to maximize process efficiency across operations and e-commerce.

Mandatory Requirement:
Registration on the Italian Protected Categories lists (Art. 1 or Art. 18, Law 68/99). This requirement is strictly binding for candidate selection.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Integration: Development and deployment of artificial intelligence tools dedicated to enterprise process automation.
• Process Optimization: Workflow analysis across marketing, e-commerce, and logistics, applying AI solutions to reduce processing times and minimize operational errors.
• Prompt Engineering & Custom Models: Designing and maintaining virtual assistants, autonomous AI agents, and advanced workflows to support internal decision-making.
• Proven hands-on experience with LLMs, automation platforms (e.g., Make, Zapier, REST APIs), and AI-driven solutions development.
• Full-time availability.
