SHIPPING METHODS

Italy: orders are shipped via our affiliates courier GLS and TNT.

Wordwilde: orders are shipped worldwide via our affiliate courier UPS, FedEx.

Russia: orders are shipped via our affiliate courier EMS (delivery time from 5 to 7 working days).

Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.

We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am till 19:30 pm CET and Saturday, from 9:00 am till 19:30 pm CET (with the exception of Italy public holidays). The merchandise will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest.
